ViFi Productions Ticket Shipping Policy

General Admission Tickets

  • General admission tickets are shipped via USPS First Class Mail in a standard envelope.
  • ViFi Productions is not responsible for lost or delayed mail once tickets have been shipped.
  • If you prefer tracked shipping, you may select this option at checkout for an additional cost.

VIP Tickets

  • VIP tickets are automatically shipped via USPS with tracking at no extra charge.

Last-Minute Ticket Purchases

  • Tickets purchased within 7 business days of the event will not be shipped. Instead, they will be available for Will Call pickup at the event.

Will Call Pickup

  • If your tickets are held at Will Call, you must present a valid photo ID and the order confirmation email to claim them at the event entrance.

Shipping Confirmation & Timing

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your tickets have been mailed.
  • Standard delivery times vary but typically take 3-7 business days.
