ViFi Productions Ticket Refund & Return Policy

All ticket sales are final. ViFi Productions does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, inclement weather, or missed events.

Event Changes & Cancellations

• In the rare case that an event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified of refund or credit options at ViFi Productions' discretion.
• If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date, and no refunds will be issued.

Transferability
Tickets are transferable, and if you are unable to attend, you may give or sell your ticket to another individual. ViFi Productions is not responsible for third-party ticket transfers.
